Crypto Fear & Greed Index

The Crypto Fear & Greed Index currently sits in Fear at 34, down from 42 (Fear) yesterday, signaling a slight increase in caution among market participants. Despite this shift in sentiment, crypto prices continue to navigate one of the most macro-dense weeks of the year with measured resilience. April’s Producer Price Index (PPI) came in at 6% annually, marking the sharpest wholesale inflation reading since 2022 and significantly exceeding Wall Street’s forecast of 4.7%. This hotter-than-expected inflation print adds another layer of macro pressure, yet the broader market has remained relatively steady, reflecting a cautious but stable investor stance amid ongoing economic uncertainty.
